Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Global Stag, legally operated under the name
A.K. Enterprises by Ajay Kumar Singh, customer
satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Cancellation
Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once
an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. To request
a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
Cancellation by Global Stag
Global Stag, operated by A.K. Enterprises by Ajay Kumar Singh, reserves
the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect
pricing, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen
circumstances. If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been
received, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment
method.
Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements may be applicable in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- An incorrect book has been delivered.
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been completed.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after the order has been processed or shipped.
- Books damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Minor variations in book cover design, printing, edition, or publisher packaging.
- Digital products or downloadable content, if applicable.
Return Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within
48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide your
order details along with clear photographs of the product and packaging
for verification.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will normally
be processed to the original payment method within
7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to
reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment
service provider.
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, Global Stag may offer a replacement instead of a refund
if the requested book or product is available in stock.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund
is due to an error made by Global Stag or a product that was received
damaged or incorrect.
