At Global Stag, legally operated under the name A.K. Enterprises by Ajay Kumar Singh, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Cancellation by Global Stag

Global Stag, operated by A.K. Enterprises by Ajay Kumar Singh, reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances. If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide your order details along with clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will normally be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

In case you feel that the Books received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the Books . The Customer Service Team at after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund will be credited to the same bank account with in 10 working days (RTGS / NEFT)

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, Global Stag may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the requested book or product is available in stock.

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect books within 48 hours to 2 days of delivery

Proof Requirements: Stores generally require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before approving a reverse pickup or sending a new copy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error made by Global Stag or a product that was received damaged or incorrect.

Standard domestic deliveries take between 3 and 9 working days depending on the courier partner and destination pin code.

Shipping Charges: Fees are typically calculated based on the total weight of the book order or offered as a flat/free rate above a minimum order value (such as \u8377?500 on platforms like Current Books Online )( Global Stag )

Delivery Partners: Major platforms and independent stores use logistics aggregators like Blue Dart Express or standard carriers like DTDC, Trackon, and India Post/Speed Post.
